What Happens at a Reata Lunch & Learn?
These events typically last between one and two hours and often include lunch. We keep the format flexible to accommodate customer schedules—even lunch isn’t a requirement if customers would rather prioritize learning about our shop.
We tailor each visit to the specific needs and learning goals of our attendees. For instance, a customer’s quality control department might spend time with our quality department to understand the part inspection process.
Reata facilitates direct interaction between customer employees and the Reata team to build strong relationships and understanding between our staff and customers.
