Celebrating Our 30th Anniversary with a Look Back at How We Got Here

One misconception about modern manufacturing is that automation has taken work away from skilled people. That’s certainly not the case at Reata Engineering!

We integrate the most cutting-edge and advanced technologies to bring efficiency to the shop floor, and we’re always looking for driven people to join our team.   1. Advanced technology

We incorporate the latest technology, including 5-axis machining and multi-axis machining, to work on interesting projects and complex parts. We automate as many repetitive, menial tasks as possible so that our team can spend less time on manual labor and more time creatively solving problems. 

Our precision machining equipment attracts both customers and employees. Customers are impressed by our multi-axis machining capabilities, and employee

s are eager to work with equipment that other job shops deem too complicated.

We’re not in the manufacturing industry to make boring or basic parts. We are a team of creative, solution-oriented professionals who are always up for a challenge and want to grow our skills. 

  1. Robust training program

We believe in training our team, and we are happy to pay for proper training—even if teammates have to travel for it. We’re currently implementing a new training program in association with NIMS that will further our employees’ access to training and education. 

As long as you’re part of the Reata team, continuous learning will be part of your life. We pride ourselves on our collective desire to learn something new every day.

Employee recognition is table stakes at Reata, and so is employee engagement. Whether we’re bringing a wok into the shop for fresh Vietnamese spring rolls made by a machinist’s family members or celebrating birthdays and milestones together, we value each other.
